I’m a little bit late in posting this, but I wanted to share that a photograph I took was featured in GQ Magazine. I took the photo on the Cactus to Clouds hike from Palm Springs. For those of you who aren’t familiar with this hike, it’s considered one of the hardest in the US. Starting at the Palm Springs art museum, the trail climbs more than 10,000ft of elevation to the 10,804ft summit of San Jacinto Peak (you can read more about the hike here).
I’ve always viewed this blog as a hobby, but I’ve recently taken advantage of a few opportunities to monetize my content. It’s nice to be bringing in a little money to offset the cost of running this blog. Hopefully I can have a few more photos purchased in the future. Take a look at the spread below, and make sure to pick up a copy of November’s GQ issue if you can still find one on the shelf!
