I’ve spent a great deal of my travel time on hiking trails and on backpacking trips, but as a photographer and lover of culture, I also spend quite a bit of time exploring cities and sites of historical importance. Iceland’s Ring Road Itinerary And Guide
The Ring Road (Þjóðvegur 1) is a 827.7 mi highway that runs along the circumference of Iceland. You’ll end up driving a lot more than that on your way to seeing a bunch of Iceland’s best sites towards the island’s interior, with waterfalls, glaciers, lagoons, caves, and more!

10 Reasons To Fall In Love With Vietnam
This is more of an inspiration post and not much of a guide. Vietnam is a beautiful country in Southeast Asia featuring beaches, rivers, farms, temples, and bustling large cities. I recently took a family trip to Vietnam and spent 10 days traveling from north to south, with stops in Hanoi, Halong Bay, Danang, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, and the Mekong Delta.
5 To Visit Siem Reap Cambodia
Cambodia is a country in Southeast Asia best known for it’s temples and turbulent recent history. I just returned from a family trip to Cambodia where we decided to focus on the area surrounding the city of Siem Reap. Siem Reap is located in the northwestern portion of Cambodia, and is the gateway to the greater Angkor region, the former capital of the Khmer Empire. The temples of Angkor are surely the highlight of Siem Reap, but travelers would be missing out if they didn’t explore the city a little further.

For this one day road trip, my directions will start from the west via Lone Pine, CA, and will require a very early start. You’ll see sand dunes, Devil’s Golf Course, Badwater Basin, Zabriskie Point, and more.

If you’ve ever wanted to visit all five National Parks in Utah, this is your guide to making it happen. Seeing Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Arches, and Canyonlands, makes for a roadtrip you’re sure to never forget. Starting from Los Angeles, I’ll be writing this guide as a journey from West to East, but it’s very easy to do it in reverse if you’ll be starting your journey on the eastern side of the state.
Travel lists and advice
There are a lot of travel locations where a full guide isn’t needed. Sometimes it’s nice to just read about the ‘can’t miss’ sights, ways to save money on food, how to travel with kids, transportation logistics, and other details about a location.
